In my work context, I have to follow company rules and respect my coworkers.
I must be punctual and committed to my responsibilities.
I should also keep a positive attitude, because this helps me to solve problems and work better in a team.

In my academic and work experience, I have learned that flexibility and adaptability are essential for good leadership and professional responsibility. If I face a new challenge, I always try to stay calm and look for solutions (zero conditional). If I adapt quickly to changes, I will improve my performance and help my team achieve its goals (first conditional). If I were in a higher leadership position, I would promote training programs that encourage creativity and problem-solving among employees (second conditional). These skills have helped me make better decisions and grow in both my studies and my career.
